Young carers can register with us themselves (with parental consent) or be referred by parents / carers or professionals.
If you would like to register with us, please complete our online form using the button below.
When you complete this form, the young carers team will get in touch and arrange to see the young person to complete a young carers assessment, often through school, but not always. Please read the guidance document which explain the process in detail.
