Register with us
If you’re an unpaid carer in York, or the person you care for lives in York, you can register with us to receive free support such as information and advice, someone to talk to, activities and day trips, Carers Discount Card, Carers Emergency Card and newsletters and e-bulletins.
If you are eligible you can also request a Carers Assessment of Need here.
When you register with us you will receive a welcome pack by email or by post and automatically be sent a Carers Discount Card.
You can choose to subscribe to our mailing list to receive regular newsletters and e-bulletins.
Once registered you can then contact us for support, information or advice as and when you need it.
Professionals / friends can refer an unpaid carer to us, with consent, for the same level of support as above using the same forms.
