If you are a professional supporting an unpaid carer in York, or a carer who supports someone living in York, you can complete our registration form on their behalf with their consent.
Registering gives carers access to free support, including information and advice, someone to talk to, activities and day trips, Carers Discount Card, Carers Emergency Card and regular newsletters and e-bulletins.
Once registered, the carer will receive a welcome pack by email or post and will automatically be sent a Carers Discount Card. They can also choose to join our mailing list to receive updates, events and news.
After registration, carers can contact us for support, information or advice whenever they need it.
