Yoga 6 week course (on Zoom)
A six week course of Vinyasa yoga with Jenny Carpenter, suitable for beginners as well as anyone who already practices yoga.
Yoga is known to support physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
Sessions are weekly, from Tuesday 16 June to Tuesday 21 July, from 7.30 to 8.45pm.
These sessions will be held via zoom and you’ll just need a suitable device to take part.
