Caring and Coping: Five ways to wellbeing
In August we’ll be running a series of free Caring and Coping sessions (via Zoom), covering a range of topics chosen to support your own well being as a carer.
Each session is stand alone, so you can just book onto the individual session/s that you choose.
This session will be about:
- Five Ways to Wellbeing with Amanda Longstaff from Peace of Mind. The session will look at how we can manage stress, improve resilience and try to maintain a positive mindset in a chaotic world. You will also have the opportunity to experience a guided visualisation which is a method that can be helpful when we are feeling overwhelmed.
