We run two friendly, supportive groups for unpaid carers in York every month, providing a space to connect, share experiences, and receive peer support from others who understand your situation.
Our Carer Support Workers and volunteers facilitate these groups and are on hand to chat, answer questions, or share advice. You can join on your own or with the person you care for.
When: Once a month on Wednesdays
