Summer wellbeing sessions for carers
In the coming months we’ll be offering a range of free sessions to support well being.

A six week course of Vinyasa yoga with Jenny Carpenter, suitable for beginners as well as anyone who already practices yoga. Yoga is known to support physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
Sessions are weekly, from Tuesday 16 June to Tuesday 21 July, from 7.30 to 8.45pm.
Writing for Wellbeing
A four week course of sessions with Helen from The Writing Tree focusing on relaxation, mindfulness, reflection and emotions. Each session will start with an introduction followed by several short writing exercises, each followed by an opportunity for the class to share and discuss their work. The sessions will focus on developing writing as a source of wellbeing and pleasure, not becoming the next great novelist! Suitable for beginners and experienced writers alike.
Sessions are weekly, from Tuesday 23 June until Tuesday 14 July from 2 to 3pm .
