What’s on in York this weekend? Resident’s festival and our Family Fun Day

This weekend Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 it is the Resident’s Festival in York. This annual event is a great opportunity for those who live in York to access and enjoy many of the city’s attractions for free, and take advantage of discounts at many restaurants and cafes. All you need is a valid York Card which you can get from any library. It costs £5 for a year but there are concessions available.

For more information view the Visit York website.

Also on this Saturday is a Family Fun Day in aid of Young Carers Awareness Day. It is 12 to 3pm at Foxwood Community Centre, free entry but donations welcome. There will be a bouncy castle, raffle, face painting, refreshments and more.
