York’s accessible information pack

>> Go straight to the short online feedback form

York's Accessible Information task group has written an accessible information pack.  The pack will help groups and organisations in York created accessible printed materials.  The pack is made up of several parts:

  • why make information accessible
  • print guidelines
  • ground rules for meetings
  • glossary of terms and sources of further support

In the future we also hope to make accessible model documents available, such as accessible meeting minutes and agendas.

We are consulting on the pack

This pack is currently still in draft and is being consulted on (March 2011 to June 2011).  Later in 2011 the group will launch the pack and promote it groups and orgnaisations in York.

Want to hear from you to find out if we are on the right lines. Please let us know what you think about the pack using the short online feedback form
