We have an online training website where you can complete two online courses; one about adult carer awareness and one about young carer awareness.
Each course should only take you about an hour to complete a course (but there is no time limit and you don't need to complete a course all at once).
You will need to register with some basic information about yourself so you can login into the website. When you have finished a course you can print out a certificate.
Each course is designed to help you increase your knowledge about carers, their rights and some of the challenges they encounter. It includes opinions and contributions from carers and professionals. The course will give you information about what you personally can do to support carers and where to go for specialist support.
