We have extended our telephone opening hours so you can phone us between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Thursday. Also, from April 2010 the phone line will be open every Tuesday between 9am and 8pm. You will almost always be able to talk directly to a member of staff, however the appropriate member of staff will ring you back if they are not in when you call.
Drop in on Friday
On Friday we have an answerphone service so leave a message and we will return your call. However there is a drop in session available instead.
